Delivery of goods is done as soon as available for transport. Good are typically retrieved the same day as they are reported ready, and go directly to the carrier’s stock. Items in DK delivered the following day in the rest of Scandinavia, will normally take one extra day. Shipments will be notified via email, SMS or phone
4. Packages Damaged under Transport
When a package is received, it is important to check for damage. Once received, it should be noted if the package is damaged. Please report damaged goods within 1-2 days, as well as send us a photo of the damaged goods.

5. Shipments which cannot be received
All shipments that cannot be delivered or picked up, will have a charge attached to them, which corresponds to the return cost incl. handling.
You can book your transport online, where you register the following information; name, address,phone number and email. We record this information with your consent.
Personal information is registered with Shippii GmbH and is saved for 5 years.We do not encrypt the stored customer information. The information is not divulged to third parties without consent, but Shippii GmbH can use this information to market to their customers.As a registered guest of Shippii GmbH, you are always welcome to contact us regarding any of the infomration we have registered on you.
